What is the vision you have for and of yourself? What is the vision you have for your organization? Do you have a clear vision of where you are headed? Do you know what you want? What do you see for yourself? Are your eyes fixed on what you want, or are they mostly on your existing circumstances? Can you see the good things you want happening in your life or organization even if they haven’t materialized? Can you see what could be? How important do you think vision and imagination are in your life and keeping your mind fixed there?
Many times our focus is on what we are currently experiencing and our focus can remain there; coping with and trying to survive in our existing experience. When we continue to look there, we can get stuck there. Our focus also affects our thoughts and our feelings which also greatly affects our life.
Many successful people today succeeded because of the vision they had for themselves. Regardless of their existing circumstances, they saw for themselves something good which gave meaning to their life. Advancement starts with a vision. People and teams are greatly affected and motivated by vision and move in the direction of what they see for themselves.
